Kingdom of Passion - Beta 0.2 is available now for the free/public release on Windows & Android devices!

 
== Beta 0.2 ==

This update properly introduces the stats system with the ability to now train your Strength, Agility, Intelligence, and Charm stats!

To help improve these stats, there are two new characters who have been introduced, Lydia & Penny!

Lydia operates the Royal Bath House and can offer massages that will boost a stat. She also rewards her frequent guests with 'special' services so I'd highly recommend paying her a few visits ;)

Penny owns a bakery in the Southeast area of Valencia Courtyard. She's often frantically working and could use your help. Working with her will pay off with some extra G to spend on activities... like massages!

With stats now working as intended, future updates will continue to expand on this part of the game by adding more jobs, and activities.

Beta 0.2 feels pretty short when it comes to play time and I'm hoping this is the last update that feels so light on content. With the basic components of combat & stats implemented, I now want to start focusing on exploration & sidequests. So moving forward with Beta 0.3, expect a deeper dive into a specific character's storyline and interactions. (Probably Queen Eliza)

== Future Adjustments & Feedback ==

There are some important pieces of feedback I'll be looking for so stay tuned for a few Patron polls. One of these will include which characters players are most interested in seeing more of so I know who to prioritize first!

But there's another piece of feedback regarding some slight changes to the visual style for characters that I'm also interested in gauging.

I'll be posting those polls up later this week!
